Welcome to BetaWork! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BetaWork website (betawork.online), application (jam.betawork.online), and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use BetaWork.
Who Can Use BetaWork:

- You must provide accurate account information
- You must comply with all applicable laws
BetaWork Technologies Pvt Ltd ("BetaWork", "we", "us") reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
2. Service Description
BetaWork is an AI-powered job search platform that helps users find opportunities, optimize resumes, track applications, and automate certain workflows.
Important Disclaimers:
- We do NOT guarantee employment. BetaWork is a tool, not a recruitment agency.
- We do NOT control hiring decisions. Employers make final choices.
- AI is not perfect. Our algorithms aim for accuracy but have limitations.
- User responsibility. You are responsible for all applications submitted.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Account Creation:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your account details
- One account per person (no duplicate accounts)
3.2 Account Security:
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access: support@betawork.online.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
4.1 Plans & Billing:
Plans range from Basic (Free) to Premium ($19/mo). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
4.2 Cancellation:
Cancel anytime from account settings. No refunds for partial months, though access continues until the end of your billing period, except as noted in our Money-Back Guarantee.
5. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 100% refund for the first 7 days of your initial subscription on Advanced and Premium plans.
To request a refund, email support@betawork.online with your cancellation feedback. Refunds are processed within 24 business hours.

6. User Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of your resumes and cover letters. You grant us a license to use this content to provide the Service.
Prohibited Activities:
You may not upload fraudulent info, use unauthorized bots, scrape data, or reverse-engineer our platform. Violations result in immediate account termination.
8. Auto-Apply Feature
By using our auto-apply feature, you authorize BetaWork to submit applications on your behalf. While we strive for accuracy, you acknowledge that complex forms may fail or require manual intervention, and you remain solely responsible for the content of all applications submitted.
10. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
BetaWork is provided "AS IS" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you to BetaWork in the past 12 months.

7. Intellectual Property
BetaWork owns all platform software, algorithms, branding, and original content. You may use our platform for personal job searching but may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without permission.

BetaWork integrates with third-party services like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Stripe. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or data practices.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify BetaWork from claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
12. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Before legal action, please contact us at support@betawork.online to resolve issues informally.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app alerts. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Termination
You may cancel your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or non-payment.
