Our Story
Job searching is broken. We've all been there—spending hours scrolling through irrelevant postings, customizing resumes for each application, and losing track of where we applied. It's exhausting, demoralizing, and inefficient.
In 2025, co-founders Mohd Jibran and Anas Ahmad Khan experienced this frustration firsthand. As recruiting professionals who had placed thousands of candidates, they saw both sides of the problem: job seekers overwhelmed by manual work, and companies struggling to find the right talent.
They realized that while AI could automate parts of the process, most tools overpromised and underdelivered—claiming to "guarantee jobs" or "do everything for you." That's not realistic, and it's not honest.
So they built BetaWork: an AI-powered platform that helps you work smarter, not claims to work for you. We focus on what technology does best—matching, organizing, and automating repetitive tasks—while keeping you in control of the most important decisions.
Today, BetaWork serves 50+ beta users worldwide, helping them find relevant opportunities, stay organized, and spend less time on busywork and more time on what matters: networking, interview prep, and landing offers.
