Mohd Jibran is a seasoned recruitment professional and career coach with over four years of experience connecting top talent with businesses worldwide. As CEO of BetaWork, he combines his deep understanding of the job market with a passion for helping individuals navigate career transitions.
Before founding BetaWork, Jibran built and scaled AJAZ Solutions, a recruitment agency specializing in cross-industry talent acquisition across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. He has successfully placed hundreds of candidates in roles ranging from entry-level to executive positions.
Jibran holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from Azim Premji University and is certified in AI applications for human resources. His approach is rooted in transparency and personalized guidance.
